1The church celebrating her incredible return out of captivity, 4prayeth for and prophesieth her own future joyfulness.

126 0 aA Song of degrees.

1 WHEN the LORD 1turned again the captivity of Zion, we bwere like them that dream.

2 Then cwas our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then dsaid they among the heathen, eThe LORD 2hath done great things for them.

3 The fLORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

4 gTurn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in hthe south.

5 iThey that sow in tears shall reap in 3joy.

6 He jthat goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious 4seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
